Welcome to Oribite. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Oribite website, mobile applications, products, and services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing, browsing, or placing an order through our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the Platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be legally competent to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
Individuals below the age of 18 years may use the Platform only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
If you use the Platform on behalf of another individual, organization, or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such person or entity to these Terms.

2. User Account

You may place an order by creating an account or as a guest user where available.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep such information updated.
You must immediately notify Oribite of any unauthorized use of your account or any suspected security breach.

3. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images, pricing, and availability are accurate.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual products, packaging, color, and labeling may differ slightly.
Nutritional information and product descriptions are provided for informational purposes only and should not replace professional medical advice.

4. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.
Oribite reserves the right to accept, reject, or cancel any order at its sole discretion.
Orders may be cancelled due to product unavailability, pricing inaccuracies, payment issues, suspected fraudulent activity, or any other legitimate business reason.
You will be notified if your order cannot be fulfilled.

5. Pricing

Unless otherwise stated, all prices displayed on the Platform are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout.
Oribite reserves the right to modify product prices, promotional offers, or discounts without prior notice.
Pricing errors, if any, may be corrected before dispatch, and affected orders may be cancelled with a full refund where applicable.

6. Payment

We offer multiple secure payment methods through authorized payment gateways.
By making a purchase, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Oribite does not store your complete credit or debit card information.
We are not responsible for unauthorized payment transactions arising from misuse of your payment credentials.

7. Coupons, Promotions & Discounts

Promotional offers, coupon codes, and discounts are subject to specific terms and conditions.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, only one promotional offer may be applied per order.
Discounts may be subject to minimum order value, product exclusions, usage limits, or maximum discount caps.
Promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly permitted.
Oribite reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional campaign without prior notice.

8. Oribite Loyalty Program (Oribite Coins)

Registered users may earn Oribite Coins through eligible purchases and promotional activities.
Coins may be redeemed against future purchases, subject to eligibility criteria.
Coins cannot be redeemed for cash and are non-transferable.
Coins may expire as communicated on the Platform.
Coins redeemed against cancelled or refunded orders may not be reinstated unless expressly stated.

9. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped to serviceable locations across India.
Estimated delivery timelines are indicative and may vary depending on location, logistics partners, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Ownership and risk in the products pass to the customer upon successful delivery.

10. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch through available customer support channels.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
Returns and refunds are governed by the Oribite Return & Refund Policy.
Products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered must be reported within the prescribed time mentioned in our Return & Refund Policy.

11. Health Disclaimer

Oribite products are dietary supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Product information available on the Platform is provided for educational and informational purposes only.
Customers should consult a qualified healthcare professional before consuming any supplement, particularly if pregnant, nursing, under medication, or suffering from any medical condition.
Individual results may vary.

12. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to:

Oribite trademarks
Logos
Product names
Website design
Images
Videos
Graphics
Text
Software
Content

are owned by or licensed to Oribite and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

No material from the Platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially exploited without prior written permission from Oribite.

13. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

Use the Platform for unlawful purposes.
Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
Upload malicious software or harmful code.
Interfere with the security or functionality of the Platform.
Copy, scrape, or reproduce Platform content without authorization.
Misrepresent your identity or engage in fraudulent activities.

Violation of these Terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Oribite shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Platform or products.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Oribite, its directors, employees, affiliates, partners, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of:

Your violation of these Terms;
Misuse of the Platform;
Violation of any applicable law;
Infringement of third-party rights.

16. Suspension & Termination

Oribite reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Platform without prior notice if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activities.

17. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by the Oribite Privacy Policy, which explains how your personal information is collected, processed, stored, and protected.

18. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

19. Changes to These Terms

Oribite reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Revised Terms become effective immediately upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
