Order processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays ship the next business day.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, we email you a tracking link. It can take a few hours to update.

Delays & lost parcels

Weather, holidays or carrier issues can delay delivery. If your order is late, contact us and we'll look into it.

Wrong address

Please double-check your address at checkout. If it is wrong, contact us as soon as possible. We can't guarantee changes once an order has shipped.

Customs, duties & taxes

International orders may be charged import duties, VAT or other taxes by your country. These are set by local authorities, are not included in your order total and are the buyer's responsibility.

Restricted items

Some supplement ingredients are restricted or regulated in certain countries. It is your responsibility to check that your order is allowed in your country. Orders held or seized by customs can't be refunded.

Tracking & delays

You'll get a tracking number by email once your order ships. Customs clearance can add several days to delivery.

Wrong address & returned parcels

Please enter your full address and phone number. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or unpaid duties, the shipping cost may be deducted from any refund.
